1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TheRevisionHub (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a school or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Description of Service
TheRevisionHub is an AI-powered revision platform that provides personalised learning experiences for students, course creation tools for teachers, and analytics dashboards for administrators. The Platform includes AI tutoring, automated grading, progress tracking, and related educational services.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access most features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
TheRevisionHub offers Free, Student Plus, Student Premium, School, and Enterprise plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to applicable taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Platform within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact our support team for a full refund. Refunds after the 14-day period are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe on the rights of others; (c) transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems; (e) use the AI features to generate content that is misleading, harmful, or violates academic integrity policies.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by TheRevisionHub and protected by intellectual property laws. Course content created by teachers remains the intellectual property of the respective creators. AI-generated content provided to users is licensed for personal educational use.
8. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. For schools, we act as a data processor and will enter into a Data Processing Agreement upon request.
9. Limitation of Liability
TheRevisionHub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
